Incoming Material Checking

All our materials when delivered to our warehouse, our IQC will check 100%, to keep the product quality at the first time.

DIP PCBA article QC

This DIP PCBA inspection is one procedure of our PCB assembly testing and Inspection.

Full load aging test

All our PoE switches and power supply before assemble will be full loaded to do the aging test. The aging test will last to 2-5hours.

Final product checking

When the products finished aging test. we will assemble and do the packing. After package, we will do the final product inspection.
